We ship almost anywhere, but rates vary by country and order weight. It usually means an extra cost compared with the standard zone.
Before completing your purchase, write to us with your address and the products you'd like, and we'll send you a fixed quote within 24–48 hours.

Recycled cardboard, wood shavings, natural sealing wax. Zero plastic.
Returns
14 days to change your mind
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the order, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, opened soaps, creams and balms cannot be returned. Candles can, as long as they haven't been lit.
To start the process, write to us at hola@maisondusoleil.eu quoting the order number and the reason. We cover the return shipping if the return is due to a defect or an error on our side; in all other cases it's at the customer's expense.
